HOME BUILDING: Step-by-Step
Step 1
The first step is finding a suitable lot to build on. Whether you need to find the land, divide an existing parcel, or even want to change the zoning of a property, we can help.
Step 2
Once you have your building lot, you are now ready for house plans. At this step you will work us and our architectural design team to produce a complete set of building plans, or you can pick out a pre-designed plan that we already have. Once the final design and engineering is completed, we submit the plans to the City or County for permitting.
Step 3
After the building permits are issued, you are now ready start building.
King Builders will begin coordination of all of the different trades, suppliers, materials, and inspections needed to construct your home!
